Institutional and systemic discrimination can only be addressed if we acknowledge that it exists.
We have experience auditing a range of public bodies for compliance with their Public Sector Equality Duties and working with organisations to develop sustainable action plans. We have contributed to the governance reviews of several universities and developed toolkits for Universities to use for their own audits.
